AM session - hot tub 20 minutes. Pushups (3 x 10, 30) and a little stretching.
Evening exercise - pushups (40, 30, 20), pull ups (1, 2, 3, 4, and 4, 3, 2, 1), hot tub and stretch. I stayed up too late tonight.
