I did not treat my body like a temple yesterday. It was a lot of fun, touring and hanging out at Post Modern, but I drank a little too much and had a difficult time sleeping.

My Myrtle Beach build up has been less than ideal. The left hip flexor/adductor issue cost me a month of speed work and now I've got the bowling, left glute issue which as cost me at least 1 run so far. My left hip is a disaster.
