Saw Dr. Pesut today, she diagnosed me with insertional achilles tendonitis. Started Voltaren gel for my heel.

Active warm up: Neck rolls, Arm swings, Leg swings, Hip rotation, Knee/ankle rotations.
Sprint drills: Arm swings, High knees, Butt kicks, Backward strides.
2 x 100 meter strides with spikes.
2 x 10, 2 x 20, 2 x 30, 2 x 40, 2 x 50, 2 x 60
Cool down 4 x laps

Back ext and sit ups
Over the past few days I have began to experience pain in my left heel. To reproduce the pain the hamstring must be in a lengthened position with the foot dorsi flexed. Then it feels as though something is tearing in my heel.
Stretching like fiend.
