I visited Dr. Pesut today and she says the bone piece was where the ligament pulled the bone loose. She says 6 - 12 weeks to heal. I have a PT appointment scheduled this Wednesday.

Played 5 games of volleyball, in the sixth I came down on someone's foot and wrecked my ankle. I went to the ER for x-ray and they said it looked good, but there was some floating bone. I am thinking of going to see Dr. Pesut.

Work is closed today. We have had another snow storm. I am not sure when I will get my run in today. I guess my focus this morning will be on core and stretching.

I went to the gym to get in a run but it was closed. No run today. I will try to do a quality run tomorrow before volleyball.
