My weight this morning was 178.4. Too many sweets
yesterday, need to tighten up.
Tonight we play volleyball so today's workout is to be a
easy bike ride with some core work. My wish for the games tonight is to play
with no notice of my left groin strain.
Noon - Bike x 20 minutes and Core
