My weight this morning was 177.
My hips are a little sore this morning. I got my physical scheduled for Wednesday.

Noon -
BW lunge with twist x  10, mini squats x 20, rocket jumps x 5 
Hip adduction, abduction 70#, and extension 130# 20 each Nautilus abs 80# x 20
Back extension x 15, TRX push up and row x 12,  side and front plank x 30s, BW calf x 15

Leg press 90# 1 set of 15, 180# 1 set of 15,  230# 3 sets of 15

BW calf x 15

Hammer GB row 110#, 3 sets of 10
Jammer 90# 3 sets of 5

BW calf x 15

Rear delt 50# 3 sets of 10
Shoulder combo (shrugs, press, lateral, and front raise) 50#, 35#, 22.5#, 12.5#, 2 sets of 10

Stretch
Good workout, I wish I could get my left hip in order. I'm ready to be flying.
