Another not so good sleeping night. My NYR must been to
sleep less. I have a second rest/XT day today, this was good planning on my
part. No way I could run today. I'm thinking hot tub. My weight this morning
was 174. What's up with that, I lost 4 pounds yesterday.
My workout today was hot tub 10 minutes, therapeutic pool
10 minutes, and hot tub 10 minutes.
PM - TM (walking) x 20 minutes
