I had the best sleep ever last night. I woke up feeling better than I have in months. My weight this morning was 174. Today is #pullupTuesday.

AM workout - pull ups x 6, foam roll and hurdler stretch.

Noon workout - Active warm up
Easy Run 30 Minutes
Pull ups 4 x 6, MYRTL, and stretch
