179.4. I woke up at 4 and went back to sleep. It was a little rough getting up to workout.

Morning grind - AWU, 5 miles plus 4 x 100m strides,  AWU. At the gym I did core and stretch.

Volleyball - we won 2 out 3.

Ab challenge - goal 65, 85, 42, 55
65 Sit ups, 85 crunches, 42 leg lifts, 55s planks
