Morning flow - I used the stick for my tight calves.
Evening session - the stick, dynamic warm up, 4 miles easy. 3 circuits of 10 reps of ground based row #90 and squat machine #160 and stretch.
Push ups - 2 x 25, 3 x 25 (-940)
