This morning I went to Kristen's xc regional meet. She set a 3 minute course PR. I was very proud.

Noon workout - active warm up,1.3 mile warm up, 3 x 1 mile repeats and finished with lots of stretching.

Mile 1 - 7:23
Mile 2 - 7:39 slight uphill
Mile 3 - 7:21

This was a very tough workout.
