My weight this morning was 177.4. I did some stretching and AROM; it seems that my legs are coming back. This is a very good thing. I have to tighten up the diet starting today.
What little bit I did yesterday has made my legs sore.

ORHS
400m easy
Active warm up, stretch / drills.
4  x 60m easy with focus on drive phase. I finished with another easy 400m.
Back at the gym I did the foam roll and stretched. I think my legs are going to be ready for this weekend.
