I must be doing something right with my training, cause I am so sore. I don't know if I'll be able to run today.

ORHS
Active warm up, stretch / drills.
2 x 400m easy
6 x 40m working on drive phase.
4 x 40m retro.
I finished with foam roll and stretch. My hip has to get a lot better before I can compete on the 18th.
PM - easy stretching and hip core.
