180.2. First time in the 180s in a while.

Morning run - tennis ball, AWU, 6 miles (9:00, 9:00, 9:06, 8:55) with 3 x 1/4s (1:50, 1:46, 1:47) and AWU. At the gym I did Dflex, core and stretch. I felt really good during and after this run. Stronger!
