Today is supposed to be my first track workout but the weather is pretty nasty. I hope I can get out there and put some work in.
AM -
Ankle rehab, Push ups 30 (280), Core and stretching


PM -
Th rain held off and I was able to get some work done on the track.
Warm up = 1600m
150m x 4 at 33-35, 400m x 2 at 89-93
Cool down = 800m
