I did my run on the TM (22 minutes) today. After warm up (at 6.5 mph) I did 4 x 1:30 (at 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, & 7.4) with 1:00 recovery (at 6.5). Next I did 30 minutes on the bike. I finished with lots of calf stretching and foam roll.
