Slept well last night.

Noon -
Fartlek on the road today, maybe my best run back. 2 minutes hard 2 minutes easy x 6. I ran about 4+ miles.
Foam roll and stretch.
I had some ankle pain but it's ok now.
Tomorrow I get my swell on.
