I might be have been a little stressed this week. I had a migraine on Thursday and 3 Fair sleep nights. It could be the litany of health issues that have piled on of late or the upcoming Carmel race.

Monday

Resting HR 55. Sleep score 64 Fair. Body battery 80/26. Weight 172.7.

Dr. Henderson's office called to tell me that my test came back positive for Celiacs and they will be sending a referral to GI Associates for a consultartion. Looks like I'm back on the GF diet.

Lunch Run

Relative effort 11. 4.33 mi. Time 40:03. Avg Pace 9:15 /mi. Total Ascent 75 ft. Avg HR 135 bpm.

Niggles: None

We saw the beaver and he is big.

Niggles: None, but my chassis is in need of some stability work.

Wednesday

Resting HR 53. Sleep score 89 Good. Body battery 97/35. Weight 171.8.

Shipley's BD Bootcamp training all day. I did several short strength and mobility sessions throughout the day. But, if it's not on Strava, did it really happen?

Stefano's with Justin and Jud for drinks, pizza, trivia, and fun.

Thursday

Morning Run

Niggles: None that I can remember.

I had a migraine that started around 8:00 p.m. and lasted about 20 minutes. The visual aura was a bad one.

Friday

Morning Run

Niggles: None, my legs felt good today.

I have neglected my bike this week.

Saturday

Resting HR 50. Sleep score 75 Fair, I question the validity of the this data because storms were bad last night and my sleep was interrupted. Body battery 100/21. Weight 172.5.

80 Minutes with a Fast Finish

Relative effort 32. Avg Pace for the faster bits was ~7:40.

Niggles: None, but this run started out average at best, probably due to interrupted sleep.

Sunday

Resting HR 53. Sleep score 90 Excellent. Body battery 87/29. Weight 173.2.

It is CHKM day. Kristen did the HM and set a PR. Danny did the marathon and was real close to a PR. Very nice efforts by both of them!

This was my first time as a spectator and I was impressed with the crowd support and all the runners. It was very interesting see the athletes before and after Island Home (miles 21-24). The wall is in there some where. I may have to run the marathon here some day.
