What a day? My right knee was sore so I decided not to run. I think it is from where a rock got thrown up and banged my knee on Sunday's ride. Around 3:00 I started getting dizzy and it quickly led to neusea and vomiting. I was stuck in the bathroom for 2-3 hours.

I fueled my body with peanut butter and crackers. 1 Milky Way. No alcohol.
