Relative effort 39. Goal was 3 sets of 3 400s. I only completed 2 sets of 3 and 1 set of 2. 1:42.8, 1:41.1, 1:43.4, 1:35.5, 1:34.2, 1:33.7, 1:31.4, 1:28.8. I may have hit these too hard considering the heat. Feels like 89.

Niggles: None physical, but I did have a bit of a breathing issue after my last (8th) 400. The felt very similiar to the near anxiety attacks I've had in the past. I need to get this sorted.
