Weight 175.2 lbs. Delta 1.3 lbs. BMI 23.2. Body Fat 9.0 %. Body Water 66.4 %. I'm constantly disappointed with myself and my ability or inability to do the right things with my diet. I eat too much junk and drink too much alcohol. I hope to get this under control in 2021. Food is fuel but it is also to be enjoyed. I need to find the balance.
2020 beat a lot of folks down and I guess I'm one of them. I'm tired and unmotivated. I decided not to run the NYD 5k, my body is tired and sore from 2-3 days of moving.
